Established in 1824, Cascade is Australia's oldest brewery, located in Tasmania. Cascade Premium Lager is a typical result of tradition brewing skills, superior ingredients and a longer than usual maturation process. Clean and light in colour, it has a fine sparkling bead which yields a lasting and lightly effervescent head. Cascade has been awarded no less than four gold medals and two silver medals in international competition.
